Submitting a Blast Complaint & Refund Request

How to inform the support team about problem blasts and get a refund for the cost.

To send a Request Refund / Opt-Out complaint:

  1. Go to your Link Building tab

  2. Enter your Blasts sub-tab

  3. Select the blast with which you were displeased.

  4. Click on the “Send A Complaint or Refund Request For This Blast" button.

  5. Explain why you are displeased with the blast in the free text field that appears.

  6. Select whether you request a refund and/or opt-out.

  7. Click on the “Submit Complaint” button.

Note: The status of the blast must be “Delivered and Confirmed” in order to request a refund and opt-out.
