Submitting a Blast Complaint & Refund Request
How to inform the support team about problem blasts and get a refund for the cost.

To send a Request Refund / Opt-Out complaint:
Go to your Link Building tab
Enter your Blasts sub-tab
Select the blast with which you were displeased.
Click on the “Send A Complaint or Refund Request For This Blast" button.
Explain why you are displeased with the blast in the free text field that appears.
Select whether you request a refund and/or opt-out.
Click on the “Submit Complaint” button.
Note: The status of the blast must be “Delivered and Confirmed” in order to request a refund and opt-out.
